WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
On a new patient examination you can expect to go through your relevant health history followed by a physical examination. Typically the first treatment will begin shortly after the history and examination. The doctor will also discuss recommended treatment frequency and exercises to do between relief care visits.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
A referral from a medical doctor is not necessary to be treated by a chiropractor, acupuncturist or massage therapist. If you would like to make an appointment you can call the office or book online.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Crowfoot Chiropractic offers direct billing to all major insurance companies. Otherwise, we can print or email you the receipt and you can submit the claim to your insurance company.
